Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation Policy :
If the customer wants to cancel the order then our return policy is as follows :
=> If the order is not dispatched then full money will be refunded right away.
=> If the order is shipped, a partial* refund will be given when we receive the product from the customer.
Return Item Policy :
Please note if the customer finds the item damaged or defective, we will send the return label and once that item is received we will refund the full amount paid. if the customer changes their mind about the item then the customer will send the item back and once we receive it we will give a partial* refund.
Note: When you receive your order at the same time check the product thoroughly, if there is any defect or damage in the product, please contact us immateriality. We will not accept a return if you find a product defective or damaged the day after you receive it.

Late or Missing Refunds :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item unless the item you receive is damaged then we will email you the return label. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return initial delivery will be deducted from your refund.
