Delivery Information

1. Delivery Method

1.1 Third-Party Delivery Service

All deliveries are handled by a third-party delivery company. We do not operate our own delivery vehicles.

1.2 Untracked Deliveries

We only offer untracked deliveries. However, a delivery timeslot will be provided one day before the scheduled delivery date.


2. Delivery Readiness Confirmation

2.1 Customer Readiness Check

Before arranging delivery, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they are ready to receive the delivery.

2.2 Delivery Scheduling

Delivery will only be scheduled once the customer confirms readiness.


3. Delivery Timeslot Notification

3.1 Timeslot Communication

Once we receive the delivery timeslot from the delivery company, it will be shared with the customer one day before the delivery date.

3.2 No Cancellation After Timeslot

Once the delivery timeslot has been communicated to the customer, the delivery cannot be cancelled.
This is because the items (e.g., beds) will already have been collected, loaded onto delivery vans, and scheduled for delivery.


4. Customer Unavailability After Timeslot

4.1 Safe Location Drop-Off

If the customer informs us after receiving the timeslot that they are not available to receive the delivery, we may request them to arrange a safe drop-off location near the delivery address.

4.2 Additional Charges for Distant Safe Locations

If the proposed safe location is significantly far from the original delivery address, additional delivery charges may apply.


5. Delivery Cancellation After Timeslot

5.1 Redelivery Requirement

If the customer still wishes to cancel the delivery after receiving the timeslot, the delivery will be treated as a redelivery request.

5.2 Redelivery Charges

Additional redelivery charges will apply.

5.3 Full Upfront Payment

The customer must clear:

  • All remaining outstanding payments, and
  • Any applicable redelivery charges

in full upfront before the redelivery can be arranged.


6. Storage Charges for Delayed Redelivery

6.1 Storage by Delivery Company

If the redelivery is scheduled for a later date and the delivery company charges us for storage of goods, these charges will apply.

6.2 Customer Responsibility

All storage charges must be paid by the customer in full before we can rearrange the delivery.
